    Fix the bones. Open only what the plan requires. The existing fabric is a partner, not a backdrop.

    Fabric

    Plaster, joinery, stone, metal. Quiet materials that age in this climate.

    Finish

    Paint, ironmongery, landscape. The last millimetres are the ones you live with.

    Handover

    A building you can occupy, with a record of what was done.
